Stress in Your Everyday Life

My blog is about Bipolar, but Bipolar isn't the only dangerous disease. Stress can kill and a lot of people don't realize how stressful life can be. A person sometimes will react to a stressful situation, but if the situation never leaves you can possible start to ignore that stressful situation which can still cause problems in your life.When you stop and think about your everyday life, and the things that trigger your exploding reaction,  can possible help you the next time that trigger is there. Take a look at my  Stress Spreadsheet and see what days are you most stressful. Maybe on those days you can take some time for your self.

  1. That's interesting James. I don't know anyone in particular, but I wouldn't be surprised many people that I know are bipolar that I'm not aware of..
